Chris Cooley has over 20 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. He managed projects with budgets up to $4 million, with more recent involvement in a project with an estimated contract budget up to $10 million. Key expertise developing and managing Phase I ESAs, Phase II ESAs, and Phase III remedial excavation programs for both public and private sector clients. Lead complex spill response programs including site inspection, characterization, clean-up, contractor management, waste handling and regulatory liaison. Chris has managed and completed projects requiring the installation of groundwater pump and treat systems, the use of both excavation and in-situ remedial treatment technologies, monitoring well response testing and evaluation, and the use of geophysical exploration methods to support contaminant distribution and movement. He was also involved in field staff mentoring on appropriate sampling procedures and techniques, and in the use of various regulatory standards, guidelines, and objectives for comparison of field sampling results.
